RETURNS POLICY

We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we do have the following policies in place:

We do not offer monetary refunds but are committed to your satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied with an item purchased with us, contact us (Sales@privilegesupply.com) within 14 days of receiving your shipment to request a site credit for the merchandise value, excluding shipping fees. This credit can be used on future purchases so you may find a piece better suited to your taste. We provide this easy credit option to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase..

Site credits are issued in the form of a unique code sent by email, valid for 6 months from date of issue. Credits may be applied to future purchases.

To be eligible for credit, items must be returned in original condition with tags attached and in their original packaging as received. Please also complete the enclosed return form that came with your package to expedite the process.

Please note, due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of items that have been exposed to perfume, makeup, body odours, or cigarette smoke.

We request use of trackable shipping services or shipping insurance to safeguard your return during transit, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns or reimburse shipping fees.

Please understand that due to the personalised nature of our products, we must implement a "no monetary refunds" policy at this time. We aim to address any concerns promptly and provide optimal solutions through credits or replacements. We appreciate your business and are dedicated to your lasting satisfaction.
