Refund Policy
Shop with confidence. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund.
Eligibility
- You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, and with all tags and original packaging intact.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, face masks, or fragrances.
- Sale items may be eligible for exchange or credit only (clearly marked at checkout).
How to return
- Email sales@privilegesupply.com with your order number to request a return.
- We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Return shipping is your responsibility until the item is back with us. Use a tracked, signed-for service.
Refund Process
Returns are inspected within 2 working days of arrival.
If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
